Bellvue State Park Address: 800 Carr Road Wilmington, DE 19809 From the North: Take I-95 south to exit #9 Marsh Road. At base of ramp is a traffic signal, turn left onto Marsh Rd. At first traffic signal, turn left again onto Carr Rd. Park entrance is 0.9 miles on the right. From the South: Take I-95 north to exit #9 Marsh Road. At base of exit ramp, turn left onto Carr Rd. Go straight through traffic signal. Park entrance is 0.9 miles on the right. -or- Take I-495 north to exit #4 Edgemoor. Bear right on ramp. At first intersection, turn right onto Edgemoor Rd. Entrance fees are in effect March 1 through November 30, $4 for DE, $8 out of state Park hours are 8:00 AM to sunset. Each Pavilion at Bellevue has a large grill, volleyball court, and horseshoe pits. Activity bags are available for rent from the Park Office. Amusement devices are not allowed at Bellevue. Small canopies may be allowed with prior approval and permit from the park office. Please park in designated parking lots. Parking next to pavilion is prohibited. Pavilions and Picnic Areas are designated tobacco free zones. The main restrooms at Bellevue are open year round (the one by the pavilions and pond area). The Cabana restroom at the Tennis Center is open April 1 through October 31. Please contact the Park prior to arrival with your estimated arrival time. Alcohol is permitted at Bellevue. Alcohol may only be displayed and consumed within pavilion and picnic area only. Keg beer is not permitted. Only cans may be brought into the park - no glass bottles. Trash removal is not provided for Designated Picnic Area rentals. Visitors must carry out all debris brought into the park. Delaware now requires a fishing license to cover both salt water and fresh water fishing. This includes recreational clamming and crabbing.
